岗位职责
Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager or his / her delegate and within the limits of established Inter-Continental Hotels Group brand and local policies and procedures, responsible for all activities relevant to the Crowne Plaza Club such as the reception, check in/out, rooming of all Hotel guests, and assisting them with inquiries.
按照洲际集团标准,在行政楼层经理或经理代表领导下,负责行政楼层相关事宜如:接待客人、登记入住及结账、为客人安排房间及兑换外币、按照要求对客人提供帮助。

1.Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
2.Able to read and write English.
能够读写英语。
3.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System.
熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统。
4.At least 1year F&ampampampampampampampampampampampB or guest service experience.
拥有1年餐饮或宾客服务工作经验。
